The Frontline LIS62R Combat™ Twin Leg 6 ft Rebar Hook Lanyard keeps a worker connected while moving between anchor points: two 6 ft legs with large rebar hooks, so one leg is always clipped in. The shock absorber is built into the webbing instead of hanging off it as a separate pack, which keeps the lanyard light and limits arrest force to 900 lb or less, and impact indicators show at a glance if it has taken a fall.

What does 100% tie-off mean?
With two legs you clip the second hook to the next anchor before unclipping the first, so you are never disconnected while moving along steel or between tie-off points.
Is the LIS62R CSA certified?
No. It is tested to ANSI Z359.13-2013 and OSHA requirements. If your site requires CSA Z259.11, choose a Safety Direct twin-leg energy-absorbing lanyard instead.
Where does the shock absorber go?
Inside the webbing. There is no separate shock pack, so the lanyard is lighter and has fewer parts to inspect, and it still limits arrest force to 900 lb or less.
Can I hook the unused leg back to my harness?
Only to a point the harness maker designates for parking a lanyard leg. Never clip the unused rebar hook to the harness D-ring, a leg strap or the other hook.
When does it have to be retired?
After any fall (the impact indicators will show it), or whenever inspection finds cut, frayed or burned webbing, damaged stitching, or a hook that does not close and lock on its own. Inspect before each use and formally at least once a year.
