No. Frontline rates it to ANSI Z359.18, ANSI A10.32, OSHA 1926 and OSHA 1910 and tests it in an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab. For a CSA-marked anchor, see our Safety Direct range.

How many workers can use the RO4W at once?

One worker in fall arrest, or two workers in restraint, per Frontline.

What fasteners does the RO4W need for metal, wood or concrete?

Frontline does not list the fastener schedule on the product page. Send us your substrate and we will confirm the fastener spec from Frontline's instructions before you order.

What can I connect to the RO4W?

A self-retracting lifeline, a shock-absorbing lanyard, or a vertical or horizontal lifeline, within the 130–420 lb user capacity.

How often should the anchor be inspected?

Before every use, and formally by a competent person at least once a year. Remove it from service after any fall.

Pair the Frontline RO4W anchor with the right fall protection

The RO4W is the anchorage. Add a full-body harness and an SRL or shock-absorbing lanyard for a complete personal fall arrest system, or a restraint lanyard for two workers in restraint.
