Malta Dynamics A6316 Parapet Anchor

A non-penetrating clamp-on parapet anchor for commercial rooftop work that can't tolerate any penetration of the wall membrane. Dual tightening handles distribute force evenly, rubber pads protect the parapet surface.

Zero wall damage

Window cleaning, sign maintenance, HVAC service, and other commercial rooftop work often happens on buildings where penetrating the parapet wall is a non-starter. The A6316 clamps over the parapet without screws, bolts, or membrane-damaging fasteners. Rubber protective pads sit between the clamp and the wall.

Reusable and tool-free

Dual tightening handles let one technician install or remove the anchor without tools. Reusable design means the anchor moves between job sites, between buildings, and between projects throughout its service life. Meets ANSI Z359.18-2017 Type A.
