Frontline COB345KSV Reusable 5K Concrete Anchor Bolt with Swiveling D-Ring | Canada
CONCRETE ANCHOR BOLTANSI/OSHA · 5,000 LBMODEL COB345KSV
The Frontline COB345KSV Reusable 5K Concrete Anchor Bolt with Swiveling D-Ring is the swivel version of Frontline's most popular concrete anchor. The 0.4 lb anchor drops into a 3/4 in hole in cured concrete and locks in seconds; a swiveling D-ring keeps the connector aligned with the worker and guards against accidental disengagement, and a push plug shows how deep the anchor is seated and makes removal easy. Rated 5,000 lb for one worker up to 310 lb, in vertical or horizontal holes, and reusable from one tie-off point to the next.

Frontline COB345KSV swivel concrete anchor FAQ
Is the Frontline COB345KSV CSA certified?
No. It is tested to OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.7 and CE-EN 795. Check with your authority having jurisdiction whether an ANSI/OSHA anchor is accepted on your site; if you need a CSA-marked anchorage connector, contact us and we will point you to one.
What does the swiveling D-ring add over the COB345K?
The D-ring turns to follow the worker, so the lanyard or SRL stays aligned instead of side-loading the connector, and Frontline says it helps prevent accidental disengagement. The COB345K is the same anchor with a fixed ring.
What size hole does the COB345KSV need?
A 3/4 in (0.75 in) diameter hole in cured concrete. Drill it, set the anchor, and the push plug shows when it is seated.
How do I remove it after the job?
Push the plug in, then pull back on the spring and the anchor releases. It is designed to be reused on the next tie-off point.
How many workers can tie off to one anchor?
One. The anchor is rated 5,000 lb with a maximum user weight of 310 lb including tools.
Does it need inspection before use?
Yes. Inspect the anchor, swivel, spring and hole before every use and have a competent person inspect it on a schedule. Remove it from service after any fall or if it shows damage, deformation or corrosion.
