Frontline RPW Web Single-Leg SRL 11' / 20', Steel Snap Hook | Canada. Frontline's web single-leg SRL in 11 ft and 20 ft lengths with a steel snap hook on the end, for work that needs more reach than a 6 ft unit. It engages within seconds of a fall to limit free-fall distance and the force on the body, and Frontline has it tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited lab. Rugged thermoplastic housing, high-strength polyester webbing, light enough to carry all day.

Is the Frontline RPW SRL CSA certified? Compliance in Canada

Is the Frontline RPW SRL CSA certified?

No. Frontline rates it to ANSI Z359.14-2021, OSHA 1926 Subpart M and OSHA 1910 and tests it in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited lab. For a CSA-marked SRL, see our Safety Direct range.

Should I pick the 11 ft or the 20 ft RPW?

Pick the shortest lifeline that covers your work area from the anchor. The 11 ft unit is lighter and retracts faster; the 20 ft unit covers a longer slope or wider bay. Both carry the same ratings.

What is the user capacity of the RPW11 and RPW20?

310 lb maximum user weight, per Frontline.

Can the RPW SRL be used for foot-level or leading-edge tie-off?

Frontline does not list this unit as a leading-edge (LE) SRL. For foot-level tie-off over an edge, use a leading-edge rated SRL such as the Frontline RPG081SLE or RPGLE.

How often should the RPW SRL be inspected?

Before every use, and formally by a competent person at least once a year. Remove it from service after any fall and follow Frontline's service schedule.

Pair the Frontline RPW SRL with a harness and anchor

The RPW is the connecting device. Add a full-body harness and a rated anchor for a complete personal fall arrest system.
