⚠️ Installation, Inspection & Use Notes
The lifeline must be anchored to a certified anchor point rated for fall arrest loads before each use. Inspect the rope for cuts, abrasion, chemical damage, or discolouration, and inspect all hardware for deformation or corrosion prior to every use. This system must be used as part of a complete fall protection plan developed by a qualified person, in compliance with applicable provincial regulations (e.g., OHSA, WorkSafeBC, Alberta OHS, CNESST). Only one worker per lifeline.
